Q&A – Delivery, Returns & Refunds


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
– For orders in Greece and Europe, delivery takes 1–3 business days.
– For the rest of the world, expect 1–8 business days.

2. Is shipping free?
– Yes, shipping is free for orders over €120 within Greece, and over €280 internationally.
– Otherwise, shipping costs are: €3 (Greece), €18 (EU), €28–30 (rest of world).

3. Which couriers do you use?
– We ship with ACS, Sameday Courier, Box Now (Greece) and DHL Express (internationally).

4. Can I pick up my order from your physical stores?
– Yes! Select Psyrri or Chalandri for in-store pickup. Please allow 2–3 business days for transfer.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
– COD is available only within Greece. It is not available for international orders.

6. Will my order be delayed during sales periods?
– During promotions like Black Friday, please allow extra time due to high order volume.
We promise to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.


 RETURNS

7. How long do I have to return an item?
– You can request a return within 10 business days of receiving your order.

8. How do I start a return?
– Email us at customercare@dantemen.com. We will provide you with the return label and instructions.

9. What items are eligible for return?
– Products must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact.

10. Are return shipping costs covered?
Greece: Returns via ACS arranged by us are free.
International: Return shipping is covered by the customer. DHL labels can be provided upon request.

11. Can I return multiple items from one order separately?
– No. All items from the same order must be returned in one shipment.


 REFUNDS

12. How long does it take to get my refund?
– Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

13. How will I receive my refund?
PayPal or Card payments: Refunds are processed automatically to the original method.
Cash on Delivery: Please email us your IBAN, bank name, and full name for a bank transfer.

14. Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
– Yes! You can choose to receive a store credit voucher of equal value.

15. Are sale items refundable?
– No. Sale items, previous collections, and special offers are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.


 EXCHANGES

16. Can I exchange an item?
– We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item and place a new order for the one you want.

17. Who pays for shipping in case of exchange?
– The customer is responsible for both return and reshipping costs for exchange items.


 OTHER QUESTIONS

18. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
– Contact us immediately at customercare@dantemen.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

19. What happens in case of a lost package?
– We will replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.

20. What is your policy for customized items?
– Customized items require 20–25 business days to produce. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.

21. Do you offer refunds during Black Friday sales?
– No. Items purchased with major discounts during Black Friday or other campaigns are not eligible for return or refund.
