📦 Shipping Times

  • Greece & Europe Express : 1–3 business days / Economy 7-10 days

  • Rest of the world: 1–8 business days / Economy 7-15 days

When selecting store pickup (Psyrri or Chalandri), please allow 2–3 business days for internal transfer.

  • International: DHL Express

đź’¸ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and local carrier rates.

We offer Economy and Express delivery options depending on the region and carrier availability.

Free shipping is available:

  • Within Greece for orders over €120
  • Within the EU for orders over €280
  • Internationally (outside the EU) for orders over €280

Free shipping applies to shipping fees only and does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or additional local handling charges where applicable.

Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Greece, even if it appears as an option at checkout.

⏳ Peak Periods

During high-demand times (such as Black Friday or seasonal sales), delivery times may be extended due to high order volume. We process orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding.

🔄 Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

  • Pre-order items are under production and will be shipped once completed.

  • Customised orders require an additional 20–25 business days before shipping.
    Delays may occur during peak periods.

Sale items and previous-season products cannot be customised.
Customised orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the recipient.
Rates vary by country and item type, so please check with your local customs office prior to ordering.

For questions about fit, style or sizing before purchasing from outside the EU, we’re happy to assist.

📌 Additional Information

  • Products remain the property of Dánte until delivered.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or to minors/individuals under guardianship without written consent.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address.
    In case of failed delivery due to absence or incorrect information, additional charges may apply.

In the event of a lost parcel, we will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund.
