Returns & Refunds
Return Period
You may request a return within 10 business days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@dantemen.com. We will provide return labels and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return

Item must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, and with original tags and accessories.

Returns must be shipped within the 10-working-day window and in a single package per order.

Late returns may be accepted for store credit only, not refunds.
Return Shipping

Within Greece:
Returns are handled exclusively through ACS Courier, based on our agreed rates.
The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount or voucher value.
An ACS return can be arranged upon request. -
International:
Returns are handled exclusively through DHL Courier, based on our agreed rates.
The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount or voucher value.
A DHL return can be arranged upon request.
For all returns:
If you choose to use another courier, the return must be prepaid, delivered directly to our premises (not to a pick-up location), and sent at the sender’s own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.

PayPal or Card payments: refunded automatically via the original payment provider.

Cash-on-Delivery orders: please email us your full name, IBAN, and bank name for a manual refund via bank transfer.
You may also choose to receive a store credit voucher for the value of your returned item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale items or products from previous collections

Customized or made-to-order products

Gift cards
⚠️ Items purchased during Black Friday or other major sales with significant discounts are also final sale and not eligible for refund or return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order.
Please note that both the return and the reshipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed during high-demand periods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@dantemen.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including customs delays, extreme weather, strikes, or other unexpected events.
