📦 Shipping Times

Greece & Europe: 1–3 business days
Rest of the world: 1–8 business days

When selecting store pickup (Psyrri or Chalandri), please allow 2–3 business days for internal transfer.

Greece: ACS or Sameday Courier
International: DHL Express

💸 Shipping Costs

Greece: Free shipping on orders over €120. Otherwise, €3 flat rate.
EU: Free shipping over €280. Otherwise, €18.
Rest of the world: Free shipping over €280. Otherwise, €28.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in Greece, even if it appears as an option at checkout.

⏳ Peak Periods

During high-demand times (such as Black Friday or seasonal sales), delivery times may be extended due to high order volume. We process orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding.

🔄 Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Pre-order items are under production and will be shipped once completed.
Customised orders require an additional 20–25 business days before shipping.
Delays may occur during peak periods.

Sale items and previous-season products cannot be customised.
Customised orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.

🌍 International Orders & Customs

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the recipient.
Rates vary by country and item type, so please check with your local customs office prior to ordering.

For questions about fit, style or sizing before purchasing from outside the EU, we’re happy to assist.

Products remain the property of Dánte until delivered.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or to minors/individuals under guardianship without written consent.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address.
In case of failed delivery due to absence or incorrect information, additional charges may apply.

In the event of a lost parcel, we will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund.
