Products purchased during sale periods, Including Black Friday, with substantial discounts are also neither refundable nor returnable. These items are offered at highly reduced prices.
New Collection
Items from new collections are refundable and returnable. For your return to be accepted, you have to communicate with us in our email at customercare@dantemen.com within the first 10 working days after receiving the order, so we will send you the returning labels. Otherwise, after the period of 10 days, the option of a refund is no longer available, and if you take the initiative to return the package you will receive a store credit instead.

Before purchasing products from this category make sure about the size with the help of size guides on every item's description or by asking us.

Shipping costs in Greece & Abroad
In orders abroad, shipping is free for over 280 euros purchase. The ones under this amount are charged 18 euros in the EU and 28-30 euros in the rest of the world, shipping fees. WE DO NOT OFFER COD (Cash On Delivery) FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE, even though there is an option for it at the payment method.
In orders all over Greece, we offer free shipping on purchases over 120 euros, otherwise packages will be charged with an extra cost of 3€.

Customizations
Customizations will take approximately 20-25 working days, due to work overload.
Courier associates
Packages in Greece are delivered with ACS courier, Sameday Courier and Box Now and at the rest of the world with DHL Express.
Store credits and discounts
During Offer periods discount codes of store credits can be used, although promotional discount codes will not be valid.

We have a 10-working-day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@dantemen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (3 to 5 business days)
